Allergen note

Allergens

Every recipe lists which of the 14 UK allergens it contains. Across the week you will find gluten, milk and fish, and shop-bought sauces, stock and wraps may also contain celery, mustard, soya, eggs or sesame. Always check the labels of what you buy, because recipes change between shops.

Food safety: cook until piping hot all the way through. Chicken must reach 75°C in the centre.

Questions

FAQ

What do I get?

One PDF file with the 7 dinners, the shopping list, a prep plan and a leftovers guide. It prints on A4 and is easy to read on a phone. You get the download link straight after payment.

What size air fryer and slow cooker do I need?

An air fryer basket of about 4 litres or more, single or dual drawer, and a slow cooker of 3.5 litres or more. Smaller air fryers work too; you just cook in two batches.

How many people does it feed?

Each dinner serves four. Every recipe has a note on halving it.

Which supermarket do I need?

Any large UK supermarket. We use generic ingredient names, so you can buy own-label or whatever you prefer.

Is this a diet plan?

No. It is everyday home cooking. We do not make health, diet or weight-loss claims.

I have a food allergy. Is it safe for me?

Each recipe flags the 14 UK allergens and suggests swaps, but we cannot know what is in the exact products you buy. Always read the labels, and speak to a professional about serious allergies.

What if the file does not open?

Email hello@crispandslow.com and we will send it again or sort out a refund.
