Short version: we collect as little as we can, we do not use tracking cookies, and we never sell your data.

Who we are

When you browse

Our web server keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, browser type, page requested and time) to keep the site secure and working. We delete them after 30 days. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.

We do not run analytics at the moment. If we add it, it will be cookie-free and this page will say so.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. If that ever changes, for example for adverts, we will ask for your consent first.

When you buy a meal plan

Checkout is handled by our payment provider. They process your name, email address and payment details to take the payment and send your receipt. We receive your name, email and what you bought, which we keep for 6 years for tax records. We never see your full card details.

When you email us

We use your email only to reply. We delete the conversation when it is no longer needed, usually within 12 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
